When placing an order for our products, you will be contacted by us via email with a payment invoice for your order. All charges will be outlined in the invoice including postage and handling fees. We ship directly to the address provided by you via Australia Post standard parcel post. If you wish to use another method of shipping, please contact us to arrange this and for us to invoice you accordingly. We use Paypal invoicing, which is emailed to you with a secure link included for you to make payment. Please contact us if you need to use another method to pay. Your order will be shipped when payment is received by us. If for any reason shipping is delayed, we will contact you, but please allow for normal Australia Post postage times. Customers outside Australia will be emailed by us regarding rates of postage, any other applicable fees and approximate shipping times to your country.
We trust that you will be totally happy with Purrguard® but in the event that you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product for a refund, minus the cost of postage, provided the goods are returned in an undamaged condition. Any product being returned which is defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Please use Purrguard® only for its intended uses. Any product damaged by your pet or through misuse by you will not be eligible for a refund. If returning a product, please ensure that you use a postage method with a tracking number for the parcel. We are not responsible for the loss of returning goods.
